PCM (Prepreg Compression Molding) is a high-efficiency manufacturing process that bridges the gap between slow, high-cost autoclave curing and lower-performance injection molding. It utilizes pre-impregnated fiber sheets (Prepreg) which are placed into a heated mold and cured under pressure.
At SUASE MOULD, we design PCM tooling to achieve Net Shape Molding—producing parts that require minimal to no trimming. Our molds ensure precise fiber alignment and excellent surface quality, making them ideal for visible carbon fiber parts in automotive interiors and consumer electronics.

PCM molds are polished to a mirror finish, enabling the production of parts with flawless surfaces, often requiring no painting (Visual Carbon).
By optimizing mold temperature and pressure, we achieve cure times significantly faster than autoclave processes, enabling medium-to-high volume production.
