We understand that for compression molds, the Shear Edge (fitting gap) is critical to preventing flash. Our rigorous "Blue Matching" process ensures a contact ratio of over 90%, guaranteeing seamless production runs for our clients.

Precision Spotting
Using specialized Die Spotting Presses to simulate clamping. We check the "Blue Match" (ink transfer) to ensure the parting line seals perfectly, preventing flash.
Surface Finishing
From technical grains to SPI-A1 mirror finishes. Our polishing team meticulously removes cutter marks to achieve the required Class-A surface quality.
Complex Mechanisms
Expert installation of hydraulic cylinders, sliders, lifters, and ejector systems. We perform dry-cycle tests to ensure smooth, jam-free movement.
System Verification
High-pressure leak testing for all water, oil, and steam lines. We verify flow rates and thermal efficiency before the mold ever leaves the bench.
