Blue Light & Laser Scanning

Utilizing Hexagon WLS Qflash and FARO Arms for rapid, non-contact measurement. Ideal for inspecting complex freeform surfaces on SMC parts and detecting warpage deformation.

Material & Hardness Lab

We don't guess; we test. We verify raw steel hardness (HRC/HB) upon arrival and after heat treatment. We also measure Chrome/Nickel plating thickness to ensure mold longevity.
